Tried to call number doesn't work. Went in there signage is super bad couldn't find anyone to talk to it's a really awkward vibe honestly I walk through the wrong door this lady told me to go this way the office is that way it's actually labeled office but clearly no one's in there when you look through the window it doesn't look like it's been an office for years was not able to find anyone very disappointing this place used to be awesome

The service at Aposhian was quite good. The young man who loaded my sod was very helpful and the gal at the desk was chatty and friendly. I had purchased 600 sq.ft. of sod the day before at Biograss and could not get another 600 sq.ft. to finish the job so I called around and these guys had sod. My primary complaint is the quality of the sod. Out of the 600 sq.ft. I purchased, I ended up using about 400 sq.ft. and it was night and day different in quality and ease of installation. I hate to write a bad review but this sod disintegrated in my hands during installation. There were holes all over the place, odd patches of sod thrown into my pallet, many of the sod pieces were folded in weird ways and the edges were almost non-existant. Some were regular shaped but most were not. I really wish I would have waited until I could get better quality sod. I appreciate they had it in stock when I needed it and the people there were fine to work with when I picked it up but I am afraid it cannot compensate for the poor product quality.

A service that put in my sod went to this place. About 30%of the sod was dead. I called to see about being refunded or having my sod replaced for better cuts and the lady on the phone referred me to Alice. Alice never returned my calls. Please, save your time and money and go somewhere else. This place is a scam! Too bad I can't rate it zero stars or post pictures when their crappy sod was in my yard.

My mother and her old friend plotted on installing sod in our backyard. I wish I could've gotten more involved in finding the best place to order sod. I did research and found out that Biograss has way better Blue grass, but they only deliver every couple of weeks so we would have had to wait til later(wish we did). Being located really close to Aposhian Gardens, they decided it would probably be the best place to go. They ordered the Kentucky Blue Grass(i believe it was called). The first 2 pallets we laid were PERFECT. Then the 3 following those were Garbage(almost looked like a completely different type of grass). They had so many weeds and rocks. Some pieces were cut so thin and fell apart in our arms. Also we didn't have a truck to return the wood pallets they dropped off, and they only give money back for the wood pallets if you return them within a month. Probably not a problem for most people but that was another $50 dollars lost(10 a pallet). In the end, they are not the worst place to get sod. Just watch out for crappy weeds and rocks. If you get a bad pallet, don't lay it down, just call and see if you can get your money back for it or exchange it.

Way, way, way to many large rocks in the sod so I had huge holes in my sod. Also tons of weeds in the sod. The sod was cut so thin that the rolls were falling apart as we were pulling them off the pallet. Also the slabs were not even and one end would be an inch less then the other end. I have dealt with sod installations on many instances and this was by for the worst sod I have personally installed. I had to jump start the guys forklift when he arrived and the forklift leaked hydralic fluid all over my driveway and the street in front of my house. The grass itself looks like it's a great blend but will take a lot of work to level off and make it look how it should have arrived. I would tell anyone who asks me to go somewhere else to get sod for sure!
